Step into the spirit of the season at A Festival of Trees Tradition: Highland Holiday Tree Lot! While this beloved community event remains the Festival of Trees we all know and love, this year we’re adding a festive twist — a new name and a new home to better showcase the creativity and generosity of our participants. The Highland Holiday Tree Lot brings the look and feel of a classic community tree lot, creating a cozy, nostalgic holiday experience for families to enjoy all season long.
To ensure every tree shines bright throughout the holiday season, the display is moving to Veterans Park at the Highland Township Offices. This location provides reliable power, enhanced visibility, and increased visitor access, and places the trees right where our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on Monday, December 1 — giving sponsors even more exposure as hundreds of families visit, explore, and vote for their favorite tree. We are excited to continue this treasured tradition while making thoughtful improvements that support our local businesses and celebrate the magic of the season in a fresh and memorable way. And don’t forget to keep an eye on our Facebook page, where residents can cast their votes for their favorite decorated tree, adding a dash of friendly competition to the festivities.
